35th Anniversary Celebration
“Honoring Our Heritage”
April 14, 2018
 at
Burlington Country Club
568 So. Prospect St, Burlington, VT

VICA celebrated its 35th anniversary with a gala event at the Burlington Country Club.  Despite a winter storm about 75 members and their guests arrived for the celebration. A social hour with hors d'oeuvres was followed by a three course dinner featuring dishes from various regions of Italy.

The after dinner program honored some of our founders with a short introduction to our new oral history project R2R (Routes to Roots.)  This project will feature interviews with founding members and/or their families and will eventually be online.  We were fortunate to have three of our founding members with us - Peggy Citarella, Dr. William Tortolano, and Catherine Coggio.
